I've been transfereing the entire watchlist "All Items in System" from TC2K for years. There is a detailed article on how to do so in the files section TC_MS. It's zipped and may be password protected. Just save it under a different name.
A shorter article and equally useful is also available in the files section.
The process is to ship everything to the old version of TC2K and then use the Downloader to convert it. The initial setup is somewhat daunting. Thereafter it's a few mouseclicks and (depending on the speed of your processor) a short stroll.
