Hi Preston

Try both Yahoo still doesn't work .It give error on conversion . Do adv if my steps were wrong as follow:

Tool > convert >

At the Source: file type "ASCII Text

At the destination: file type: Metastock

Folder :Where I want to save in ( I used my D Drive -- sub folder of the main C Drive

File Name: the box is invisible

then click "OK" -- I get the conversion error message

Any help u can render ?Can u use the previous text file I give u to try your end or I re-attched this here again?

Yahoo Method:

In order to convert data from Yahoo you will need
Metastock's Downloader and Microsoft's Excel.

In the Downloader read the files under "Convert"
so that you will understand the process.

From Yahoo Finance download the data you want
by downloading to a spreadsheeet.
This will be saved as an excel csv file.
Open the excel file and drop the adjusted close or use it as your
close if you want adjusted prices.
Resave as a text file and close excel.
Open the downloader and convert the file.
