[EquisMetaStock Group] How to construct a *FLAT CONSOLIDATION*

hello i was wundering is there a way that i can construct metastock to 
find flat consolidation breakouts. 

Second, is there a way that i can put a code in metastock (IF YES DOES 
anyone know the code to construct flat consolidation).
