[EquisMetaStock Group] Spread - Diff Indicator

Does any one know or heard about an indicator called "Spread-Diff"
that uses "close of data 2, close of data 3" in its calculations. A
sample in file called  "es int.gif" has been uploaded for reference.

If you have or know about this indicator would you please share it
coding. Thanks!
