Lionel,

What you see is copied directly from TASC.
The missing spread sheet is probably in the article which I did not 
copy.

In the very next post I wrote what I felt the indicator should have 
been. Here it is if you missed it.

1. Determine the Linear Regression Trendline for the last 15 days?
the best fit data
2. Subtract the Close from the best fit data?becomes the residual
3. Determine the standard deviation of the residual
4. Determine the percentage gain over the last 15 days using the
best fit data
5. Divide the percentage gain by the standard deviation of the
reisduals?becomes the Gain Risk Index(GRI)

Based on the formula the risk is the standard deviation of the 
residuals or the lin reg close of 15 days ago minus todays close. 

The gain is the ROC of the 15 day lin reg close.

I honestly know nothing about Twardy or if he has a website.
