Eric,

I have seen two answers to this problem. Not sure which will work 
for you.

The first envolves a free 90 day trial copy that was floating 
around. You simply changed the date on your computer to sometime in 
the distant future prior to program installation.

The other was a 90 day CD verification. The fix was:
When you get the message, put the CD in the tray, but hold down the
Shift key, while the tray closes and continue holding it down until
the CD stops spinning. Then click OK on the CD check dialog. It
should then read the CD and complete the verification.
If not, call Support.
