[EquisMetaStock Group] Porting Favourites folder (and subfolders) to another PC

Hi,

I have lots of subfolders and stocks under my favourites "directory".
These settings are in the metastock installation on my PC.

Has anyone the experience of exporting these "folders" from PC to a laptop (or another PC) installation of metastock ?  The objective is to be able to see the same favourites folder on both laptop and PC. Is it even possible ?
Any advise would be appreciated.
