[EquisMetaStock Group] Deflaut fib ratios and y axis scale

How to change the deflaut fib ratio in metastock? Even if the ratio is 
manually, the tool still load the deflaut ratio in the next drawn lines. The 
same thing with the y axis scale. When the scale is set manually to fix the 
scale, the settings change to auto scale when new bars are added.
