[EquisMetaStock Group] Importing data to Metastock 10.0

I used to be able to import data into MetaStock from TC2000 via the
Downloader. Now I have MetaStock 10.0 end of day and can longer do it.

1) Does anyone know if that is still possible? If so, how?

2) As an alternative, can I import from Yahoo Finance data? Again, if
so, how?
