Paul,

Yours didn't work but I'm now on my computer so put one in the files 
that works. If you want to upload one click on save as html then 
jpeg. You then upload the file.

Here's what is on the chart:

On the top is the actual indicator.
Next is the linreg indicators.
Then the price plot.
Also placed a vertical line where the LinearReg of LinRegSlope goes 
positive.

Looks to me as though its really nothing more that a smoothing 
technique.
