[EquisMetaStock Group] Global Futures Trend Index

Hi everyone,
 
Firstly a quick thank you re my query over "Error message within Metastock"
In the end I decided to purchase Metastock 10 and be done with it .
Everything's working fine now!. 
 
Secondly, could someone give me a formula that would do the same thing as
the Global Futures Trend Index does. This shows you clearly when to enter or
exit an un-trending  market. This index is computed by dividing the daily
highs by the sum of the daily highs and lows.A 10-day moving average is
applied to smooth out the swings.
