[EquisMetaStock Group] Reference to External condition function

Is there any function or code in Metastock that allows reference to an 
external condition.  For example 

entry trigger := cond1
and cond2
and cond3
and Extnlcond(XAO > mov(c,30,s));



note XAO = Australian stock Exch All Ordinaries.
