At the bottom of the "Open Chart" dialog box, there's a pull-down option called "Files of Type".

 

Make sure this is set to Smart Charts.  If it's set to All FIles then you'll see the F1, F2 etc. files rather than the actual securities.

    How to correct this and see the names of
