I am a new metastock users.Can anyone help me step by step how to set up the following programme in the metastock explorer which
required the explorer to scan the stocks which meet the following criteria:-
1) both 3 days Rate of Change & 5 days Rate of change are uptrended preferably as they cross zero line simultaneouly and the stock closing price is above the 10days exponential moving average. THe slope of the 10 days exponential moving average line is between 20 to 90 degree
