The Clayburg indicators don't require any formulas. Plot the two RS's
in the same window using the time frame he spells out in the book.
Repeat the process for %R and stoch. Look at the chart posted in the
files section. You will see how they're applied. Once you get them on
a chart, make a template out of them. This doesn't have to be hard.
I've seen a lot of people try to make it that way.
