[EquisMetaStock Group] How to add/create sectors(folders) and update the securities automatically?

I am downloading the EOD data through MS downloder,
The data stores in one folder.

I have created differnt folders by giving sector names
and in that I store the respective security

My problem is when I update main folder the sectors
folders wont get updated automatically

Is there any utility/plug-in availble which will give
facility to create different folders and when I update
main folder it should update all sectorfolders
automatically

I am using MS 7.22
