I am using MS for offline trading ie I use MS by
updating EOD data and trade on next day based on my
trading rules, by using some other Manual online
trading software
My problem is I wrote some trading rules and back
tested on System Tester of MS, The report/results
shown (which are wrong) since it assumes that I trade
instantly on the point of Arrows, where as practically
I trade one day later after getting the signal from
MS.
Please suggest me how to modify the system tester so
that it will generate more accurate results (like it
will place signals 1 day later)
I use 7.22 and 8.0
my signals are long : when todays close > 5 EMA short
: when close < 5 EMA, for index futures.
