[Metastockusers] ADXR - Measuring slope of ADX?

I have been looking at a way to measure the slope of the ADX. I have 
seen a function of ADXR. The definition from the help screen, is ADXR 
calculates the Directional Movement Rating.

Is the ADXR trying to measure the ADX slope? If not, can you give 
syntax to measure the slope of the ADX?
