[EquisMetaStock Group] Data Accessing by Excel ?

hello ! 

Is it possible to use Excel to access certain Metastock's stock data 
for analysis ? e.g. I want to analysis the performance of the 
Industrial sector , so I use the Excel to access the Industrial 
Index & the regarding counters automatically everyday (eod of day).
