Do a search for all files in the data folder
which have this tilde character.
"~"
MS creates four files named ~MSFL.INX, ~MSFL.LCK,
~MSFL.SEC and ~MSFL.USR. These files will be in every subdirectory from where
the charts were opened.
Just delete these files, and you are up and
going.
