Yes.  Import it from Excel.  Set up an excel file with the column headings 
according to the downloader manual.  I don't have it in front of me so I 
can't be specific, but, in general:

After you have the columns required, enter a ticker symbol and then enter a 
date in the date column and zeros in the others (i.e. open, high, low close, 
volume).  I usually enter January 1 of some year because I know no trading 
took place and the zeros are accurate.  Enter your next ticker on the next 
row along with a date and zeros.  You can complete this process for as many 
tickers as you want or you can copy and paste a list of tickers from a 
source on the internet (e.g. Naz 100).

Close your excel file and select tools from the downloader menu and import.  
You should be able to download data for the files after you have imported 
them.
