[EquisMetaStock Group] my only resource

You are my only resource to learn metastock, please help me to correct my
simple formula for the explorer.

Tick is the name of Column B, I want that column B have this value (0.0005
or 0.001 or 0.005 or 0.001):

If(CLOSE<0.3,Then Tick=0.0005)
If(CLOSE>=0.3 and <=1,499,Then Tick=0.001)
If(CLOSE>=1.5 and <=2,995,Then Tick=0.005)
If(CLOSE>=3,Then Tick=0.001)
