[EquisMetaStock Group] Count Back Line (similar to Guppy Essential toolbox)

Hi - would anyone know where I can find something similar to the 
count back line feature similar to what Guppy Essential toolbox can 
do (something like a .dll)?

Of course I was thinking of something like how Metastock does the 
Fibonnaci lines :)
