[EquisMetaStock Group] number of time an event happened

hi community,

i'm trying to code an indicator that counts the number
of times an event (such as cross(c,mov(c,20,s))
occured in the data array w/o using the (PREV
function)...

was wondering whetever anyone had a code for doing
that, thanks in advance,....
