[EquisMetaStock Group] Metastock formula for Dr. Elder SafeZone Stop system

Has anyone available the Metastock formula to plot as indicator the 
SafeZone stops system described in the book "Come in my Trading 
Room" ( page 173 ) of Dr. Alexander ELDER .
