Hi, Currently I have all my data alphabetized, so I have an "A"
folder with all the A shares in it etc. This is how my data came
when I originally installed MS, and I have been using it that way
since, as it is easy to find the shares I'm after if I know what they
are called - however - is there some way to access them via sectors
as well? For example if I want to check out all the shares in the
Energy sector currently I have to know the codes, or names to be able
to look them up. I realise that I could probably get a list of all
shares and all sectors etc, and create my own file system manually,
(and if thats the only way then I guess I will), but that will take a
while, and of course then I will have to know what sectors the shares
are in to be able to look them up. Is there some way that I can have
a dual file system that is still updated when I run the Downloader?
Currently I download my Data from Sanford (this is Australian). Is
there some way of downloading all the lists so that it does it
automatically for me and sets it up (or is there an option to just
display it differently that I've missed, and I could have done it
this way all along??!!)
I've had a look in the Downloader, which is probably the area I need,
but there doesn't seem to be an easy way to do it (unless I've missed
it)
Thanks in advance
