Near as I can tell (I'm a new user) you have two alternatives.

You can run system tests (simulations) on any time frame using real-
time data by specifying another time frame when you specify which
securities on which to run the simulation. This will run it on the
60 day data available from e-Signal (or whatever backlog of data is
available from your supplier), meaning that it will download the data
each time you run the simulation.

If you start a simulation and specify a file in the DataOnDemand
folder, using it as local data to take advantage of past data no
longer available from the supplier, I don't see any way to change the
1-minute time frame.

However, Equis has an FAQ for converting the 1-minute data to another
time frame by copying it into another file. Essentially, the
procedure is to display a 1-minute chart from the DataOnDemand file,
click Format/X-axis/Compression to convert it to another time frame,
use the Downloader to creat a new security file with the time frame
you want, and copy and paste the data from the chart into the new
file. I don't know whether this will continue to update the new file
with the new time frame, or if you have to do it manually. If the
latter, it seems like a kludge to me.

The FAQ with this procedure is at www.equis.com/support/faq.aspx?

data?"
