[Metastockusers] Re: System test "bias change" problem

Gary,

Thanks for asking the question. I went back this morning and looked
at some tests I had run on the new 8.0. Because I was optimizing some
parameters, I had some tests that were taking the entry late on what
should have been a stop and reverse entry on the same bar (I left the
box set up on the default). I hadn't noticed this because I only
looked at the more profitable optimized variables (which because they
had higher requirements to be biased bullish or bearish, would not be
SAR type trades - if any of this is making sense!).

Anyway, I now need to go back and rerun all these tests (I already
reran one and the result did change - checking it by hand, I can see
your problem exactly).

This brings up an interesting point to those with 8.0 or thinking
about it, 8.0's system tester offers quite a bit more than 7.2. With
that, comes a bit of a learning curve and that should be expected.
