It has a good tutorial and screen shots plus an xla that you can use.

XP help is "sketchy" in describing exactly what the new web data features
are. It's suppose to be real time! Several new books for Excel 2002  and for
Office XP are in the bookstores.

To others who wrote ... files ready for installation are in excess of 450MB.
I don't know how you'll get it downloaded.
