    then you must have somewhere on the chart a value of O, H, L or C <l to
zero and another > to 35.

    As It is rather difficult to find just a lost point on the chart , I
suggest you to build a new indicator with " O or H or L or C < 10  and to
drop it on the chart. The same with " > 35 "
