Need help with Security online data function

i am trying to reference a online security as per page 241 of the MetaStock
manual.
i created a custom indicator called test with the following line in it
 Security("ONLINE:MSFT",C)
when i try to plot it  i get the following error message:

The following error occurred while calculating Test:
No data exists for requested date range in Security() function.
Symbol: "MSFT"  Range: 12/15/2000 9:33 to 12/15/2000 9:59

i am using version 7.02 with esignal
