RE: DownLoader historical quotes rate

On this run I was adding OTC (over 6,000 I think) since Jan/98 and daily
update for TSE & CDNX (another 6 - 8,000).  I'm using my free month of
Reuters now.  I saw the rate go over 100,000 quotes/min. before my system
froze and I had to start over ... 8^(
