Yes, but you have to set up these folders to be downloaded.  Its not
difficult.  You may prefer to use the QP virtual folder.

I keep the entire database of 10,000+ stocks in my MS database. I like to do
Explorations on the entire database. Due to MS's arcane limit of 2000 stocks
per folder, I use about 8 folders. Will quotes plus update all of these
folders automatically?

The MS Downloader is not used to download data with QP2.  The QP2 program
will download the entire market is less than two minutes, unzip itself and
convert the data to MS and import into the Downloader spreadsheet.  The
conversion and importing is done automatically after a very simple setup.
This conversion and importing takes about one minute for the 193 stocks
that I keep in the Downloader.
The entire process is very simple and efficient.  You still have the entire
market that you can view charts of from the QP2 Chart module.  I only keep
stocks in my MS Downloader that I have scanned for trading opportunities.
