The one I got from this list is not navidad.exe but the worm
"I-worm.navidad".
This kind of worms spread through the signature of the messages.
I get no more worm so I assume your Outlook Express is free of it now.
A good thing to do is to update your IE with secutity patch on Microsoft.com
to avoid spreading worms.
When any doubt of an infection with worms, one should switch configuration
to send plain text in place of HTML to avoid spreading it.
