I would suggest that you borrow a copy from a library and read it.  After
this, you can decide if the book is something you want to own.  Public
libraries and university libraries have interlibrary loan facilities, so
that if they don't have a book they can borrow it for you.

My own feeling about Elliot wave is that it is a bit subjective and seems to
work best after the fact; yet, many people swear by it.
