The Security function has to use the symbol and not the name of the security.
The following...
Security("C:\Futures\Data\T Bonds\5-Min\US Treasury Bond Dec 00",RSI(14))

Should be...
Security("C:\Futures\Data\T Bonds\5-Min\US Z0",RSI(14))
