I'm currently trying DT 3 right now. I believe Miner's techniques are very useful and do have merit but I'm finding it very difficult to learn the software. I plan to
return it for a refund. 1 month trial is way too short. I've had some problems w/ the Fib price retracements .... it would've been so much better if the Fib retracements
could have been done the same way as in Metastock. Especially if the Fib Time cycles could've been applied the same way. That would've been great and that's what I was
hoping for. You should try it for yourself though and make up your own mind.. but I do plan to continue trying to apply analysis of time cycles to my charts in Metastock..
I've seen countless examples in my own charts where there was definitely a relationship between the peaks and troughs w/ time and price fib ratios .
The Dynamic Trading Book by Bob Miner is a must have imo.
