-Open file in Excel
-Click the small blank grey square on the left, above ROW #1, to Select the full sheet
-Click Data|Sort... and Sort Ascending using the Date column for sort order
-Click Edit|Copy
-Run the DL and Paste into the DL security file
or
-Before Save As below, best is to put the proper file's Source Type format
 headings on top of each column
-Inset a new ROW and type the DL header in each column's Cell
-Click File and Save As the sheet as XLS file
or
-Click File|Save As and Save As PRN or TXT (TAB dilimitted)
-then go to the file and get rid of any blank line at the bottom of the file

In DL Convert
-XLS files using Excel for Source Type
-PRN or TXT files using ASCII for Source Type
