Fw: Corus the cash cow

A Diamond and a Support Line that both got downbroken, and
that surely didn't miss out
on my expections made earlier this year
(see April 24th mail "Re: Mother of all Highs").

The Risk of Wellfare had me departing from the Oct00 puts
(too) early since that now,
- 2.5 months later + looking back
- the trade could have well lasted a little bit
longer.............
since that Corus' most
recent (000928) LLV of € 0.80 could have
surely made me the
bigger € 's difference <FONT
size=2>in my final profits taking on the trade example
(shorter term trade
of 11x Puts Oct00-18.66). These are decissions one makes, and
basicaly, they (the
decissions !!) should not be looked at again. Profits are
profits (after all).

I then came out reasonably on top of it, back in July, so
I have no complaints, and also
now I have no complaints, eg doing well on the
2nd part of the trade example, eg have
sold* the rest of the trade example.
(longer term trade of 4x Puts Oct02-20.22).
This was done for € 11.50/piece.

Gross Profits: Sold 4 * € 11.50 * 100
=  â‚¬ 4600.00
Initial Inlay    <FONT
size=2>:        4 * €   6.50 *
100 =  € 2600.00
<FONT
size=2>

------------
<FONT
size=2>NetProfits:
€ 2000.00 / (2600*0.01) = + 77%
<FONT
size=2>

======
Roughly the Corus(COR) example trade, that was
1st initialised back in February this year,
has thus positively contributed for a net
plus of 87% ((97+77)/2).

And the Diamond has again done its job. Even more, since
the Target(T) calculated from a then
possible pattern drop out, could be calculated
at â‚¬ 1.17 (€ 1.47-(€ 1.73-€ 1.43)).
A few weeks ago Corus(COR) has thus hitted the €
0.80 LLV so far for this year and basically
the in the back in April 24th <FONT
size=2>mail calculated H+S's Target(T) of € 0.56
is thus still well in hintsight.

  Have precautionitive and temp for the moment
  sold:
  - the 11x short term Oct00-18.66 Puts Corus(COR)
  @ € 3.65 - (bought @ € 1.85)

  and might pull the trigger as well for:
  - the 4x longer
  term Oct02-20.22 Puts Corus(COR) (bought @ €
  6.50) and will be
  staying on the side-lines for a while.

  This is done so, since that the RSI shows a too large "Risk
  of Ruin" move-up in the
  past months (6-months of <FONT
  size=2>continuous higher bottoms in a row).
  Also a horizontal placed small support-line is showing
  a possible double/triple bottoming
  formation to take place as well.

  Am now awaiting a directional move up (=break) to get
  back in on the long side(Calls, for
  a while) and close the rest of the Puts(above) or the
  continuous move down to first € 1.36
  (filling the GAP) which is also the first (in prev
  mail) mentioned temp Target.
  Thus from now (current € 1.48) or
  from Target € 1.36 a correctional move up can be
  expected.
