Chip,

You probably have also been double billed by Reuters! Check your last update 
folder and I'd be willing to bet you've gotten an extra charge for out of 
range uploads! I had problems similar to the ones you've described ever 
since Reuter switched data providers in October. I complained to Reuters 
then to Equis. Both were kind but I doubt the problem has been corrected. 
The fix....find another source for your data. I have no suggestions but 
maybe someone else on this sight will. So, I join you.....GRRRRRRRRRRR!!!!
