I don't believe that waiting for 7.0 is the problem.  Equis must come up
with a solution, especially the volume of customers that are having similar
problems.  I have downloaded the most current video and printer drivers and
it still doesn't want to work as it did before.  It seems that some
customers have done similar and it seems to work for them.  I'm not sure
what that is telling us.
