cannot tell you about their services because it's now since 10/22/99 I requested 
a transfer from another broker to Datek and, as of today, my funds are always in 
a closed account at my old broker, waiting for Datek, because they were unable 
to send correctly the necessary papers to have this transfer done. I was unable 
to take the up market during this time and I am looking every day at the market 
going up without me (frustration and anger...).</SPAN></FONT></DIV>

As another example, I just got an email report from Datek a few minutes ago,
alerting me to the fact that my "STOP ORDER HAS BEEN ACTIVATED".  This event
happened two days ago!!

Another example: I just tried to log on to check my account--I got a "Server
Busy" message.

For active traders, this stuff will drive them nuts.  The fact the it
actually works right a percentage of the time is of little consolation.
