alright today and bounced back some but BBY crossed the Bear Fear level of 63 
3/16, and I'll have to let it go at the open tomorrow.&nbsp; Shame because it 
didn't drop out until right at the end.&nbsp; This one of those that my wife 
just doesn't understand.&nbsp; She would tell me to hold onto and wait for it to 
come back, and I can never quite satisfy her with the concept of cutting losses

An unexpected source of some downloading problems is the browser.  I had
difficulty downloading the update to Reuter's Downloader.  While
monitoring another list I noticed one person using Netscape v.4.7 solved
a similar problem by using v.3, so I tried using an ancient Netscape
v.2.  The Downloader downloaded just fine.
