To All:

After an amazing comeback <G>, we went short last night and again this
morning on the open. We finally got our STSS (Short Term Sell Signal)
which, when combined with our ITSS (Intermediate TSS) of 10/4/99 enabled
us to short this market.

So far, the short sells through Globex amounted to about 4.5 points
better than executing on the open.

Regards,

Guy
