Let me add my two cents....

Please, please, please fix the data link problem!

You obviously have capacity problems.  You obviously have network problems.
Please just fix them.

Over the past two years I've reduced my data collection to smaller and
smaller blocks just to increase my chances of getting a successful download.
I shouldn't have to do this!

Your products are absolutely useless without data!!

Please, please, please...........................
