Maybe there is more than one way to get to Rome.  Jim's suggestion worked,
however, this is how Equis Support responded to my question:

To move a system test to a spreadsheet use the copy cut and paste
features in Windows as follows:

Start MetaStock.

Display a chart and run the test so you are looking at the system test
report on the screen.

Highlight the second line in the System Test.  This step is just to
activate the test so Windows knows you are selecting it.

Press <CTRL>+<C>, to copy the system test results to the Windows
Clipboard.

Open the 123 spreadsheet.

Press <CTRL>+<V> to Paste the system test report into the spreadsheet.
