Personally, I'm glad to see a thank you posted. As a newcomer, I can
remember when all that I had to offer was politeness and civility.
On gaining experience, I appreciate how much effort the people who reply or
answer questions put into their replies.
Post on guys, I'll read each and every thank you and note of appreciation
you write.
