Linda,

Since no level II traders have come forth, I'll take a stab at it.
I use MSpro and Signal OnLine. I daytrade, but not stocks, so I can't
answer your Level II question. But I can say that I am happy with
the speed. I haven't compared it side-by-side with another feed,
but whenever I think to check it with CNBC's bug, Signal is always faster
(FWIW). I checked the DOW with the bug today at 3:37 EST and MSpro/Signal
was 5-6 seconds faster. When I place a market order my fill is right
where I think it should be, leading me to believe that there's very little
lag. Equis has a 60 day trail period, and Signal has a 30 day trail,
so you really don't have much to lose but S&H and exchange fees if
you're unhappy. And if you mention that a Signal user referred you,
you'll get a $110 credit after 30 days.

Hope this helps a little in the decision process,
