Off topic Money flow

Hi everybody,

At present, I am preparing a presentation about stock exchanges to get
my MBA. I am looking for charts that show the increase of money that has
flowed in stock exchanges since the second world war or later.

It would be really helpful if you have charts for the U.S markets as
well as for the European markets.
