Hello Lionel,

Actually some one else may know more about the low level format than I
do. I might be wrong but a regular format will leave information on the
hard drive. A low level format wipes out everything. The Awards bios on
the motherboard has a low level format feature. Since I had to reformat
and I was having problems I decided to do the low level format.

THings are going ok with the computers.  THe fan was one problem and
also one of the jumpers for the CPU chips was incorrect. Windows 98 even
looks and runs differently now. Since the backup didn't work I am having
to reload programs and setup charts, etc, etc.
